The finances of my team are rather screwy.

For about 10-15 years now, the money has been off in the sense that about 10-15 million have been missing. I have room under my budget, yet I can't offer extensions or sign new contracts. Though my budget is $140 million, my staff + players can never equal more than $125M.

I kinda dealt with it, but things have become even more annoying. Right now my payroll is at $85 million, I apparently have $40M or so to spend (should be more...) yet no matter what the value/structure is of a FA deal, my owner will NOT approve of it.

Other than entering commissioner mode to override it, is there any way I can fix this?
