He named it appropriately: larrysw.zip. You can download it from
here, if you like - but I've already tried. I can only inspect it superficially (lacking any way to dig into the contents of .dat files), but he seems to have all the needed .dat files, none of them are .bak files instead, all are roughly appropriate sizes, and the league won't load for me either. Crashes (standard Windows "OOTP has encountered an error and needs to close") every time at the "Loading Leagues" stage.
