Bayview's Kanaan TU Player of the Week

Phil Kanaan captured all the headlines last week and today he added to his booty with the Tycobbian Union Player of the Week trophy.

The Bayview Vikings center fielder hammered league hurlers for 19 hits in 34 at-bats, a .559 average and 2 home runs. He also collected 11 RBIs and 8 runs scored.

A look at his season totals shows Kanaan with 6 home runs, .353 BA, .401 OBP, 27 RBIs and 31 runs scored.

Berthold of Marston Wins RU Award

Johnny Berthold of the Marston Nine had a fantastic week and today was voted the Player of the Week by the Ruthlandian Union.

For the week Berthold batted .476 (10-21) with 4 home runs and 11 RBIs.

Berthold is currently batting .277 with 14 home runs and 40 RBIs.
