Well, after some searching I found a similar problem

In my searching I think I even figured out what happened with my coaches and scouts (I created an extra major league by mistake and hastily deleted it). Anyway, I'm very pleased and just wanted to thank Endgame and Kelric for having that conversation and say "false alarm."
