What type of league did you start? A fictional one or an MLB-based one? How many leagues and teams did you include in it?
Can you try playing out a different game that day to see if that also crashes your computer? Can you try making a backup of your .lg saved game folder and simming ahead a few months without playing out any games to see if that causes a crash?
