OOTP 2007 2.03.68

Started getting some random crashes, particularly while saving but also at other times. I decided to uninstall and do a clean install.

In the control panel, OOTP 2007 shows up as an an installed program, but when I select it, the "uninstall" button disappears. Any ideas how to uninstall this program?

Vista Ultimate, running as administrator, UAC off, checked permissions (full control).

Any ideas would be appreciated.
