Does Player Position and ball location for the animation matter what screen resolution it is setup at?

I haven't setup either and am using a pre-made 3D set and am wondering if the person setting it was using 1280x1024 and I am using 1600x1200 for screen resolution if I need to adjust the locations?

Player position seems to be a yes, but what about ball locations?
