Sorry if I seemed a bit snippy, but I felt that the initial closing of the thread was premature, it did not appear that anyone actually took a look at the problem I was talking about prior to closing the thread, or gave me a chance to add additional information about what I had seen before closing it. I think if either one had been done, there wouldn't be any problem. The initial thread was closed 3 hours after I posted it, and less than 10 minutes after the only response it received other than closing it.
Volunteers or not, essentially not listening to people who are spending their time to help you fix the game is not a good way to handle tech support. I hope in the future that if there is a question about a logged issue actually being a bug or not you will give the person posting it a chance to respond before it is closed.
