I'm buying a macbook but I don't want to lose my fictional league I have been playing on my PC. How do I transfer that league file to my macbook once I have installed the mac version of the game...is it possible?

P.S. If I recently purchased the PC version, do I have to buy a whole new license for my MAC if I'm moving to MAC?
