Another Mac user here. I tried to upload files to OOTP through my internet browser, using the instructions they provided, but couldn't get it to work.

I googled "FTP and Mac" and found an FTP program to download. (I'm not sure if I should mention the name since it is costs $25.) However, you can use it for 15 days for free. It worked so well I may buy it. There are probably freeware programs available

I downloaded and installed the program and it was very easy to use. I was able to upload the files OOTP Tech Support requested. At least they show up on OOTP's FTP file list. I haven't heard back, so I don't know for sure if they got through OK.

I would give it a try.
