I've attached the updated spreadsheet that includes the name of any minor league club(s) if the player played in one during his debut year (1930-79). Eventually I'll get around to the other decades although information is more difficult to obtain prior to 1920 on minor leagues.

Here's the tally of missing players left by decade:
