One workaround I found tonight - I personally try to get the draft pool in an external browser so I can copy and paste that table to an Excel sheet and then assign values to certain potential ratings. Since the "open in external browser" hasn't worked for me in OOTP9, what I did was use the online report functions in the game setup screen to export this particular report. Then, I had no problem opening it in either Internet Explorer or Mozilla and was able to do the copy/paste I wanted. It's not direct nor perfect but it at least lets me get the data I want in that format. Since boxscores and just about everything else are available under the league reports, it would seem this would work for anyone trying to get their reports into their browser and can't get the "open" button to work on the report's page. Hope that helps someone.
