I tried to make a historical league starting in 1900 and I was planning on simming it to 2008 then actually playing.

Whenever I start to sim though, right at the begining of the season a message will pop up saying TEAM NAME has an illeagal amount of players or somthing similar to that. It seems to be random as it is some times ML teams aswell as MiL teams.

I really don't know what could cause this problem, I've tried using MiL ghost players, without ghost players, blocking fictional players, but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be welcomed, thanks.
