I've seen the same saves streak problem in my historical league - it's been there since I downloaded the first version of OOTP 9 (I'm running 9.1.6 Windows now). FYI, it's a converted league from OOTP 2007.

Nutlaw - I uploaded a zipped copy of my dats for your review - the file name is Jah.zip.
