Obviously there is a random element involved in the process. Doing it a few times with any group of settings will prove that. However, I just did it with some extreme settings, such as 100% ratings, then 100% current year stats, and also 67% last year/33% two year's ago. Depending on what you put in, you can get some funky guys in the top 20. Maybe not terrible, but not that great.
