Totally agree. In my historical solo league, Barry Bonds, hit 34 home runs in his second season with me and then just dropped off the face of the earth. He is now rated 1 star in his 3rd year. I also had the same thing happen to Tony Gwynn, Orel Hershiser, and Frank Thomas on my team within a 6 year span. This happens far too often. I have the player development randomness set to the lowest possible setting

This frustrates me to no end.
