I am a member of Corsair's league and am having the exact same problem that he reported. I am using Vista.

If I delete my entire images folder, the game will load normally. If I have the images folder intact, it hangs at 22% Loading Teams and I haven't been inclined to stick around for 3.5 hours to see if it eventually loads.
