When I try to initiate a trade, the screen reads that my team "can't afford the contracts of the offered players." Some trade proposals from me get the same response from the other teams. Financials are enabled. It appears that all trading activity is dead for every team (my human controlled team and the other AI controlled teams.)
Everything worked fine before installing the newest patch. Trades were normal before installing the patch, with no changes made to the financials.
