Can someone explain and/or help with my "problem"?

How come all players in a 25-man roster show up on the transactions tab but not the roster? I have a number of players uninjured, rested, not suspended, seemingly available but not available to play when I set rosters for games or manually play them. Any suggestions? Thanks!
