The "open in external browser" selection button is broken in my game and I can't get it fixed. The first time I have loaded the game and make that selection, it will load for a moment with no result. It gives a rapider response on subsequent times.

Everything is associated correctly in terms of file associations. I assigned three different browsers (Firefox, Opera, & Explorer) as the default browser with the same results. After that, I re-installed the game with the latest, complete setup file... then rolled back to previous .exe patches (9.16/9.2). No firewall, no spyware/hijack detection on this machine.

I am stumped and hope it's something I'm overlooking.
