I have a new Macbook and have had no luck getting OOTP9 to open on my laptop. Any help would be appreciated.

I saw a post many months ago regarding the crashed_on_startup flag. I originally downloaded the game and got this problem, deleted all the files including the hidden config file via terminal.

I then followed the guidance regarding how to load the game, use the utility to repair all premissions. When I click on the application file, the number 9 bounces up and down and then just disappears. Nothing happens after that. Then when I click on the application file again, it comes back to the crashed_on_startup flag again. I clicked ok and then once again nothing opens and the game just doesn't open.

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding what I can do to fix this problem and get this game working on my Macbook? Thanks again.
