Ninjas Yamamoto TU Player of the Week
Kenshin Yamamoto went on a sensational hitting spree, belting the ball at a .579 pace this week. The Ginza first baseman has been selected the top performer and gets the Tycobbian Union Player of the Week Award.
Asked what his hitting philosophy was, Yamamoto quipped to the BNN reporters, "Well, my theory of hitting is to just watch the ball as it comes in and hit it."
It was a good week's work for Yamamoto. He hit .579 average (11-19) with 3 home runs and 9 RBIs. So far this season Yamamoto is hitting .320 with 19 home runs.
