You need Relievers and Closers and Pinch Hit for Pitchers all set to Very Often in order to get the most realistic bullpen usage. Pitcher Enurance also needs to be set to Very Low because we havea modifier in the game for SP Endurance, so by setting it to Very Low has no impact on SP's but it will impact the Relievers.
