During the course of a sim, will you make changes for a team on whatever day they were requested, or are needed?

For example, if Joe Owner asks you "On the 5th day of the sim, please call up Mickey Pitcher from AAA to the bigs, and send down Lionel Scrubb from the majors to AAA," will you do it?

Or, if both of a team's catchers get injured on the third day of a ten-day sim, do you make some adjustment to compensate?
