Since you are already fictional you could just make it up. Something like, hitting 10% less HR but 15% more doubles but more strikeouts. A better steal rate, higher successful steals more WP and passed balls and so on.

So where would I put this in? League total modifiers? Whether or not it's tedious I'm willing to do it. Of course if there's an easier way that would be good too.
