You seem to be asking two questions: 1. how to retrieve your license code, and 2. how to back up your
OOTP league.
To back up your league, you can transfer it to another hard drive. Go into your
saved_games folder, and copy your league folder (it will have the extension
.lg so the league folder's name will be something like
YourLeague.lg). Paste a copy of that
.lg folder somewhere safe, and you can insert it into any
OOTP game's
saved_games folder, and you can load it right up.
