I know what you mean but the problem is some of those stats are very dominated by modern day players. One of the main reasons I generated almanacs is so I can see how a guy who retired in 1920 held up compared with achievements to that date. Otherwise I think the hall would be too dominated by modern players, and poorly represented by the earlier players.
