Pardon my French... VIVE LES NEW ORLEANS SAINTS!

I lived in New Orleans from 1960 to 1977... went to the University of New Orleans... met and married one of its gorgeous cheerleaders... and lived and died every Sunday following the Saints for many years... but not in the last 30 years or so... I finally gave up on them in 1977.

Tonight was a great experience... Thank heaven the Saints recovered that onside kick and Manning threw that interception.

This was a great win for my long-suffering sister, niece and my brother, who never gave up on them. They and the city of New Orleans truly deserved to win the Super Bowl. It took the Saints 21 years to have a winning record. They have won only two playoff games in their history before this season. However, the Who Dat Nation never gave up on their beloved Saints.
