What a team for Far Mountain though. If the Sports can't win it all, I figure it might as well be a team from the Ruthlandian North, and the Redhawks look solid top-to-bottom.

Far Mountain (44-26) came oh so close last year, falling to Turon in seven games for the Pro Cup... they just couldn't win that fourth game after taking a 3-0 lead... Alex Groveland is determined to win it this year... but first he is going to have to get by Glasco (42-28), which has marvelous pitching... Valmara (40-30) is hanging in with them both so far at midseason.
Colfax (48-22) looks to be the best team in the Ruthlandian Union this year, just like last year, but the Blasters were beaten by Far Mountain four out of five in the playoffs. It looks like they are destined to meet again this year. The RU North is a very tough division. Colfax has an easier time of it in the RU West. At the All-Star break they are up by 7 games.
