OOTP Developments Forums - View Single Post - Application Error -- HELP!

I hadn't used OOTP8 since last summer and went to crank it up today and got an Application error 0cx0000005 and it won't start at all. All my other games still work fine. What would cause this and how can I fix it?

I cleaned my registry, took Data Execution Prevention off to see if that would work, and I downloaded the latest drivers for my Realtek High Definition Audio (I assume that is my soundcard?)

Anyway, any help would be awesome. I'm at a loss here.
