I saw your other thread, and I thought maybe one of the guys who plays in "God mode" would answer. I assume that is what you are doing, at least for those 4 teams. I've never done anything like that, but it occurs to me to ask if you are absolutely certain the game knows you are controlling all of the teams. If you are just simming from day to day, you may not be getting a clear indicator of that. I'm just fishing, but it's probably the first thing I would investigate. Make sure you aren't commissioner, and see if you can do all of the usual things with each of the teams.
