Much clearer image than we had before. Thanks to SABR for the find, and also for added information about Woodruff: his given name was Franklin (not Peter Frank as given in earlier references) and he became an actor after his baseball career, appearing in stage productions and even a movie, The Long Trail, produced in 1917.

I am placing him in the facepack as franklin_woodruff based on his corrected ID.
