I use a very old copy of Photoshop Elements that I have. It actually came with a laserjet printer I bought years ago.
I have a tutorial I created for those logos in PS PNG format as well as JPG format. Its not overly efficient, but it works well. There's better ways to do things than the way I do stuff... but it works for me.
