trying to figure out what i should set my salary cap for a MAL league for yr 2000... i am gonna zero out stats and playing time and create fictional contracts so everyone for awhile will make like $211,000...but sooner or later i want to create a decent salary cap and for HH2k3 it was at 70,000,000
