It's not as identifiable as the plainclothes photo in the facepack, but here is a uniformed alternate of Mitterling, with the Philadelphia-area 1916 Strawbridge & Clothiers amateur club. Picture appeared in the 05-Jul-1916 Philadelphia Evening Ledger, just two days before his debut for the A's.
