Okay, I reproduced the problem easily. I created a new league with a 162 game schedule, passed through ST, and took 2 batters and 2 pitchers (in both cases it was 1 great and 1 decent) and suspended them for 162 games. Neither of the pitchers ever played, but 1 batter played in 1 game and the other played in 9. I'll submit a ticket later today.
