You could also use photobucket. A number of modders have done this, it's especially good for reviewing and download a few logos.

As far as it being legal to use logos, there has been a lot of debate. You can be asked to cease and desist by some lawyers. I have seen it related to racing sims. Usually if you use the logo using respect and don't make a profit, you'll stay out of prison.
