Frogs Still Kicking, Beat Tuckanarra 6-4 In Game 4
The Fairfax Frogs are alive and kicking in the Tycobbian Union Final 4 Series. Ken Hill labored, but survived with a 6-4 decision over the Tuckanarra Blue Jays in game four of the best-of-seven series to keep the Frogs chances alive. They still trail three games to one and will have to win out to take the series. Hill (2-1 1.85) struggled and allowed 14 hits and 4 runs, but none after the fifth frame. He got stronger as the game proceeded. Hill was helped out with 3 double plays. LF Phil Nelson's (.206) two-run single in the sixth was a game-winner. Titus Bristow (2-2 5.11) took the loss as he was ravaged for 6 runs in 6 innings.
