TU Names Golden Glove Award Choices for 2013
Defense is a critical element in the game of baseball. Many times late in the game, a light-hitting defensive specialist will be inserted in place of a superstar hitter. Good defenders are worth their weight in gold and today the best of them for 2013 have been recognized by the Tycobbian Union. RF Chucky Gilton picked up his 3rd Golden Glove award. Named for the second time were SS Jose Aguilar and LF Rocco Belasario. Rookie phenom Jack Elliott was the only rookie to make the mythical squad.
