Takes me here:

Your version of OOTP8 is NOT up-to-date.

The current version is 8.0.14 which you can download from here:
http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/joomla/downloads-ootp/patches-ootp.html

But, no matter where I look, I can't find any mention anywhere of that patch. Does it really exist or is my OOTP8 "on the dope"?
