I saw this once previously with a MLB player earlier in my ongoing 2010 season simulation with OOTP11. I noticed when I selected a different choice from the Ratings Scouted by: pulldown menu, the player was rated at positions by the other scouting services. I tried monkeying around with the Fielding Experience datafields at the bottom right of the Editor tab (your screenshot has no Editor tab?) trying to force a fielding rating, but I don't think I ever got it to show up. Truth be told it was Pirate (and a reserve player), so I didn't sweat it beyond that. Eventually though as the season wore on the positional fielding ratings did re-appear (and not at the minimum possible values, either). I noticed the same problem with a few minor leaguers later in the season. I successfully got fielding ratings to appear for those players by forcing a re-scouting of all players (incl positional ratings) via adjustment of the accuracy of scouting in the League Options & Rules >> Global Setup settings. If you have the Use Complete Scouting System box checked, simply raise or lower your scouting accuracy, then switch it back if you wish (either immediately or after closing and reopening the program, I can't remember exactly how I did it). Give that a go and see if the positional ratings show up. This probably works best when you have current and past season fielding stats associated with the player. Certainly someone who knows the game better than I may have a simpler strategy for getting the positional fielding ratings to reappear (perhaps by manually editing database or text files).
