I have included a spreadsheet with the pack containing two tables, one that lists all of the coaches and another that details the teams and year ranges for each coach. I have assigned every coach a unique identifier, similar to the Lahman ID. Coaches whose ID ends in ...99CO or ...98CO did not play in the Major Leagues.
