As a part of my SABR Day celebration, I am releasing the first 2011 version of the facepack. There are many new updates in this version, including:
Inclusion of players, coaches and managers in a single pack. This is the first photopack I know of that includes all Major League players, coaches and managers in a single archive.
Managers Pack: I have finished compiling the managers pack, which includes images of 648 out of the 671 men who have managed a Major League team. Many thanks to SABR and Pegasus27 for providing several of the images I used in this pack.
Coaches Pack: I have found 11 additional coaches that were not included in the Retrosheet Coaches Register. I added photos for each of them to the coaches pack. We are not missing any coach photos.
Players Pack: I have created a 2010 folder, with pictures of all 203 players who debuted last season. About 90% of the images in this folder came from
jwisenberg's comprehensive 2010 Major League and minor league photopack. Please drop by his
photopack release post and give him a Thanks for all the hard work that went into assembling this pack.
Missing Players List: I have added sheets for missing managers (23) and missing coaches (0). We currently are missing 639 players and 23 managers, of whom 5 are player/managers, for a total of 657 missing persons.
