It may have a smaller seating capacity , but it was always full whenever I went. No bad seats in the place either. An old school type of venue in a blue collar Hispanic neighborhood. Plenty of local fight fans.

I think UIC is too big for some of the cards that 8 Count has. It's mostly local talent which would be more fitting in a venue like Cicero Stadium or one of the local halls. You would have more fans show up if it was more accessable.
Telefutura used to have the cards at Cicero and they always seemed to air really good scraps. Fans were really into it, too.
