In this case, the image came from this eBay auction, which, unfortunately, does not show the back of the photo. What I can say with some degree of certainty is that it's not Chuck Hiller.

I'd have agree with Cheech. I have a feeling it's Chuck Hiller. In comparing your two photos and Hiller's 1965 Topps card, I'm pretty certain that they're all the same person. Whoever put the photo up for auction on eBay made a mistake. I've seen it before. I found one photo of pitcher Jim Perry in a Minnesota Twins uniform posted with an incorrect name - guess he/she couldn't read the autograph. Probably posted by some estate sale bargain hunter who doesn't know any about baseball.
