Year's Best Gloves Selected by Ruthlandian Union
"Ball hawk" is a good name for the members of the defensive elite, the players who make leather shine. The fielders who crashed the wall, leaped in the air, and dived in the hole better than any others during 2021 have been tabbed as the Ruthlandian Union's Golden Glove Award winners. San Dimas RF Norm Owens has won the award 7 times, Marston CF Russ Woodward 3 times and Ancona LF Kenny Willard 2 times. All the rest were first-time winners.
