Having female players in baseball IS science fiction, or at least alternate history. The AAGPBL never played regulation baseball. You have to know that. There is zero chance of any women playing in the Show, unless they are roid monsters. You have to know that, too. This whole idea makes no sense.
The game needs many improvements - there's an interesting discussion about lineup options in another thread that would improve the game quite a bit - and yet you want developer time spent on something as science fiction as this?

According to OOTP itself, OOTP MLB play (modern and historical) outnumbers OOTP fictional play three to one.
