Anyone got any tips for securing the trade of Strasberg or Lincecum as I've offered the world and got nowt

Also has anyone found any "hidden" gems in the minors that go on to be all-stars

I have played for 2 seasons and always seem to lose a pitcher mid season (both seasons !!) whose status drops from 4 or 5 stars to between 1 or 2
Do they ever regain star status again ?

At what point does the budget increase ?
I won the WS in my first year (only losing 1 match in the entire post-seaons) and couldn't see any increase

Any tips on good teams to start with - I have started at red sox as most of their defence is sound and only improvement require in rotation and bullpen

Are phillies worth a look as they have the big 4 in their rotation ?
Never sure about the Yankees as I think their high earners would veto any attempts to get rid of them

Lastly who can I go for as a decent replacement DH once Ortiz hits the skidz

Too many questions I know but am loving the game and want to get better
