I've noticed that fielders gain additional position rating the more innings they play at a particular position, up to a point. Typically this is for players at a position other than their highest-rated, although I think I have seen outfielders gain slightly at their primary position.

Does anyone know what the formula or cap on increase is? It seems like it might be related to arm and error ratings, but in some cases the position rating exceeds arm/error/range, so it's not like the cap is an obvious derivative of those.
