The thing I think to do is to find out exactly when players are created each year for the main league. Then you can move the PCMs up to 1.000 for all the year and set them back to .100 just before the players are created. Then bounce them back up.
Three dates to check are 1) first date of offeseason , 2) Jan 1 and 3) first day of preseason.
It's been a long time since I had a league without a draft and I can't remember when the players are created.

Alright makes sense, that could work ... And these players just go into the free agency pool as long as I don't have a ammy draft set up?
